** ANY orders of ANY products from these locations will be cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
** A 15% restocking fee applies to all canceled orders.
Purchasing Firearms
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our location or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.
If you live in a state with ridiculous gun laws make sure the firearm(s) you are buying is legal in your state. There will be a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price if you buy a firearm we can not ship to your state.
Purchasing Ammunition
Echo5 Bravo abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of ammunition.
You agree and accept all policies described in our Terms of Use:
- You are at least 21 years of age (for handgun ammunition) or 18 years of age (for rifle ammunition).
- By purchasing ammunition, you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws.
- You have not been convicted of any felony, a misdemeanor of domestic abuse, and you are not chemically dependent.
- You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition.
- You have never been committed to any mental institution, or been adjudicated as mentally defective. You will not sell ammunition to any minor.
- You cannot have ammunition shipped to a post office box.
- You do not live in a state, city, or county that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring ammunition.
** Customers who order ammunition in states prohibiting the order of ammunition will have their orders cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Purchasing Magazines
We will NOT sell or ship ANY products to:
Chicago, IL / Massachusetts / Washington D.C / Puerto Rico
Echo 5 Bravo abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of high capacity magazines.
It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities.
** Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 7% restocking fee.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of purchase.
Sales on the following items are final:
- Special orders.
- Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- NFA items.
- Ammunition sales are final, no returns unless we screw up.
- Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.
**Please note that firearm purchases that are accepted from the transferring FFL are considered used firearms and returns will NOT be guaranteed. Inspect it BEFORE accepting the transfer. All sales are final on special orders, products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt, NFA items, illumination devices, electronic sights and optics, ammunition, projectiles, reloading components, clothing, cleaning solvents/lubricates, and food. Unless received defective, these items are not returnable or refundable.
